This pot is both functional and beautiful. The metal is high quality and it cooks evenly. I have the saucepan version of this pot, nonstick is not usually a requirement for this type of cookware but I suppose it is a nice feature. The nonstick coating covers the bottom and comes up about an inch around the sides.

You’re going to have to add some oil to the pan for you to truly get non stick capabilities out of this but the way it cooks is truly chefs kiss. It heats up almost completely evenly and it sears meat almost as great as any high level cast iron pan. I’ve been cooking with it a while now and it’s become one of my favorites to make large meals in. This would make a top tier culinary gift for anyone who appreciates fine cookware in their kitchen.

Lexi's Home Stainless Steel Wok is a tri-ply, non-stick, diamond patterned wok that's a pleasure to use!

The first thing I noticed was how well-made and attractive it is. The mirror-finished exterior and diamond etched interior give it a unique look with a heft that speaks quality.

It makes cooking effortless and fun. The aluminum center core of the tri-ply structure distributes the heat evenly and quickly responds to changes in intensity when I adjust my gas burner. They recommend not exceeding medium heat and I found no problem or need to do so. Out of curiosity, I tried medium high without incident. I was pleasantly surprised to find it truly non-stick in use.

This line of cookware by Lexi was new to me, but now that I have this wonderful frying pan I'm sure I'll need more Lexi cookware to keep it company. This is excellent cookware that does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it very well. It's nonstick, can fry anything with one teaspoon of oil, and has a very pretty diamond pattern of the nonstick surface.
