This pan sears beautifully...and even hamburgers cook more evenly that typical teflon surfaces. But, yes, you have to put on some oil even with eggs to keep from sticking.

This pot is both functional and beautiful. The metal is high quality and it cooks evenly. I have the saucepan version of this pot, nonstick is not usually a requirement for this type of cookware but I suppose it is a nice feature. The nonstick coating covers the bottom and comes up about an inch around the sides.

You need a little oil for true non-stick performance, but this wok cooks beautifully. It heats evenly, sears meat almost as well as cast iron, and has become one of my favorites for large meals.

Lexi's tri-ply wok is well-made, attractive, and a pleasure to use. The mirror-finished exterior and diamond-etched interior give it a unique, quality feel. It heats evenly, responds quickly to burner changes, and is genuinely non-stick.

Excellent cookware that does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's nonstick, fries anything with one teaspoon of oil, and has a very pretty diamond pattern on the surface.

Beautiful cookware that performs like brands costing twice as much. The tri-ply construction heats evenly and the non-stick surface makes cleanup effortless. Already planning my next purchase.
