"The Lexi Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Frying Pan is a homerun! I was looking for a modern nonstick frying pan with a ceramic coating that can handle plastic or metal spatulas. I compared it to my seasoned carbon steel pan, and this one performed much better when frying an egg on medium heat with a little butter. The Tri-Ply is a fantastic price and great quality, with a modern stainless steel raised cooking surface. This raised design resists scratching of the ceramic coating."

Non "non stick" pan

"Garbage. Food stuck to the pan and ended up leaving marks. Out of all the non stick pans we've owned, this is by far the worst."

Still Using PTFE!! Just say NO.

"The quality build of these pans is good except for the fact that the non-stick coating contains PTFE a “forever chemical” (PFAS). If you don’t know what that is look it up. We need to completely stop using this stuff in anything and everything. EPA is beginning to wake up to this and impose restrictions but other countries like China? Of course not. It’s an endocrine disruptor and gets into everything. It should be banned."

Non "non stick"

"Garbage. Everything sticks and leaves marks on the pan. Out of all the "non stick" pans we've owned, this is by far the worst. I would not recommend."
