Refund policy

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at info@lexihome.com before sending your item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product, Lexi Home will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


Cookware Returns

For health and safety reasons, cookware that has been used, washed, or shows signs of cooking cannot be returned unless it is defective or covered under our warranty.

Please inspect your cookware immediately upon arrival.


Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged during shipping, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lexihome.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns.

If you believe your cookware has a manufacturing defect after it has been used, please contact info@lexihome.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. 


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used cookware (unless defective)
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Personalized or custom products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable law.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact info@lexihome.com.


One recommendation

Since you sell cookware, I would also add a Lifetime Warranty page in the footer separate from the Return Policy. That helps customers understand the difference between:

  • 30-day returns for unused products
  • Lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects that appear months or years later

That separation is standard practice for premium cookware brands and will reduce confusion and customer service issues.
