We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
The shipping carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when applicable
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the package has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
Lexi Home is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@lexihome.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at info@lexihome.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping carton and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We will review your claim and work to provide a replacement, replacement parts, or another appropriate solution.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be available for shipment to certain locations due to carrier restrictions or applicable laws.
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. territories, additional shipping charges or longer delivery times may apply.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it ships, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
